It’s difficult to describe the unique sweet-tart taste of Cactus by Inawera. All we can really do is tell you that it is delicious. If you like fruit juice flavors in your recipes, we strongly recommend trying Cactus. If you prefer to mix it up, we recommend adding hints of cactus to liquor and beverage flavors, or to tart fruit recipes.

Applications: Beverage, home brewing, food, bakery, dessert, gummy candy, aromatherapy, perfumes, fragrance, potpourri, and "scratch and sniff" applications. Get creative with the endless combinations of our flavors!

The flavor it adds to the and the way it brings together different flavors is just unexpected. I highly recommend it.

Mixes great

It is a great flavor to mix with anything that’s fruity, it gives the juice a little off note but it’s a god off note plus it gives the main flavors a more juicy feel. I really enjoy this flavor mixed with Harvest Berry.

Great Combo with Fruits

I ordered Inawera Cactus on a whim - and I'm so glad I did. This happens to be a great mix with stronger, aromatic fruits such as FlavourArt's Lychee. This flavor adds a smooth, sour melon-like addition to any flavor even at low percentage. Mix and heat 12 hours and ready to go.

Was in the mood for something different so I got this. I absolutely fell in love with it, as I have with so many inawera products. Only problem is you guys don't sell big bottles! I went through a 10ml like it was water. Come on guys, step up your game!

different but amazing!

I have never tried anything Cactus before, very surprising flavor. It has a flavor all it's own, it is perfect with other fruits. It's a very juicy flavor, but fantastic taste!
