Customs Duties & Delays: Shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or requests from customs authorities for supplementary documentation. Flavor Jungle is not responsible for foreign customs delays, additional fees, or regulatory seizures once a shipment departs the United States.
Transit Times: International orders typically take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Exact transit times vary depending on carrier routing, customs clearance, and destination country.
Verification & Order Security
Identity Verification: To protect against fraud and ensure order security, we may occasionally request verification before an order is fulfilled. Customers may be asked to provide a photo of a government-issued ID and/or the payment card used at checkout.

Special Inquiries: If you wish to place an order to a country not currently listed in checkout, contact us to see if arrangements can be made. Special destination orders are accepted strictly at customer risk, with full customer responsibility for customs clearance, duties, and local compliance.
