International Shipping Information

Attention: international customers (Customers outside of the USA): 

It is the customers responsibility to understand the local regulations for flavors/aroma into your country.  If you decide to place an order, please be aware that there is nothing we can do once the shipment leaves the United States.  Most of the time there are no issues, but it can happen occasionally where customs will have unreasonable demands, such as high duties or asking for extensive documentation about your reasoning for purchase.

International purchases are made at your own risk. 

It may be required to upload images of credit card used as well as government issued identification.  Our system doesn't always require it but please be advised that you may be asked to provide this.

You are responsible for knowing the laws within your country before ordering flavor extracts.  We are not responsible for government policies in your country.  FlavorJungle is not responsible for shipments once they leave the United States border.  Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.  Delivery times vary by carrier and country of destination.

We are currently only shipping to the USA & Canada.  If you wish us to ship to your country, please get in touch with us.  Please know that it is at your own risk and you are responsible for any issues with customs.
