Return Policy

If you would like to return a product for a refund, please contact us immediately. Please provide as many details as possible, including order number, full name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return.

Products that are not opened may be returned for a full refund. Claims for leaking bottles of flavor extract and DIY recipe products must be brought to our attention within one week of receiving shipment. No refunds or replacement products will be issued if your claim is received later than this period.

Shipping charges to and from the customer are non refundable.  Customer is responsible for return shipping at their expense.  In the event you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  For example, if your total was $200, and you chose the free shipping option, $200 - Actual Shipping cost will be refunded.  If our cost to ship the products to you was $10, then you will receive a $190 refund ($200 - $10 =$190.00).

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, simply contact us for an immediate replacement.
