If you would like to return a product for a refund, please contact us immediately. Please provide as many details as possible, including order number, full name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return.
Products that are not opened may be returned for a full refund. Claims for leaking bottles of flavor extract and DIY recipe products must be brought to our attention within one week of receiving shipment. No refunds or replacement products will be issued if your claim is received later than this period.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, simply contact us for an immediate replacement.

Send return items via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.Our shipping drop off does not have the capacity to sign for packages, so do not send certified or any method requiring a signature. All packages requesting a signature will be returned to the sender.
