Live Help:

Our Live Help operators are available between 8am and 3pm PST, Monday - Friday.  This is the best option to get your question answered quickly while you browse our website. This option is best for general sales/product questions.  If you are having trouble deciding on the best product for you, one of our knowledgeable staff members will be happy to assist you. You can reach Live Help using the link above or on any page of this website.

Help Desk / Support Ticket:

If you have a problem with your existing order, need to request a return (please read our Returns Policy), or other problem that requires a bit more research, our Help Desk will be happy to help you. This option does require an active account and you will be directed to log in to open a new ticket, or check an existing ticket. We typically respond to tickets within hours, although it can take up to 24 hours depending on the nature of your request. Please note that we respond to help tickets Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8am and 3pm PST.
