If you prefer to contact us by phone, please feel free to call our customer service department at (360) 595-5735.Our phone operators are available between 9am and 2:30pm PST, Monday - Friday.  We are closed on all federal holidays.

Help Desk / Support Ticket:

If you have any questions or need to request a return (please read our Returns Policy), or other issue that requires a bit more research, our Help Desk will be happy to help you. We typically respond within a couple of hours, although it can take up to 24 hours, depending on the nature of your request. Please note that we respond to help inquiries Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am and 2:30pm PST.
