Non-Refundable Items

All flavors and bases are final sale and non-refundable once purchased—no exceptions.  

Leaking Liquids

Report any leaking bottles within 7 days  of delivery. We'll issue a refund or replacement if the claim is valid and timely.

DIY Supplies (e.g., empty bottles, syringes, needle caps, pipettes)
- 48-hour warranty  from delivery for unused, unopened items.  
- Contact us within this window for exchange, refund, or replacement.  
- No returns accepted for damage caused by customer mishandling.

Refund Processing  
1. We inspect returned items upon receipt.  
2. Approved refunds are issued within **10 business days** to your original payment method.  
3. Funds typically appear in 3–5 business days after processing.
