Warranty Policy

Liquids

All flavors and bases are non-refundable and non-returnable after purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. Claims for leaking bottles of liquids must be received within one week of receiving shipment for any refund/replacement product to be issued

All DIY Supplies (empty bottles, syringes, needle caps, pipettes, etc.) have a 48 hour warranty period after receiving shipment for exchange, refund, return, or replacement. Customers must contact Flavor Jungle within the warranty period. Replacement, exchange, or refund of product is done only if the product is unused/unopened. Product is not to be returned for cash, exchange, or replacement if it was broken due to customer negligence or mishandling.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued by flavorjungle.com when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will be applied directly to the method that was used to make the purchase.

Refunds typically take up to 5 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated.
