Processing time

• All orders ship directly from Washington State, USA. Most orders ship within 1 business day, not counting weekends or holidays. Please allow an extra 1–2 business days after major holidays.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting carrier-observed holidays.
• Wholesale orders are prepared to order. We'll confirm lead times and shipping schedules with you before you place your order.
• Choosing an expedited shipping method (such as FedEx Overnight) speeds up the carrier's transit time once your order ships. It doesn't guarantee that your order leaves our warehouse the same day. If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering.
• To guard against fraud, we may sometimes ask you to verify an order before we ship it, for example with a photo of a government-issued ID and/or the payment card you used at checkout.

Domestic shipping (carriers and times)

• We ship with USPS and FedEx.
• Most US orders arrive within 2–7 business days after they ship, depending on the carrier and service you choose. Standard USPS and FedEx don't deliver on Sundays or postal holidays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• We ship to APO addresses.
• We don't usually require a signature, but orders over $100 may need one at delivery.
• Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If a package comes back to us because the address entered at checkout was wrong or incomplete, you'll need to pay the postage to reship it, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.

Free shipping

• Standard orders of $99.99 or more qualify for free shipping within the continental United States.
• The $99.99 minimum is calculated after all discounts and coupons. Taxes and shipping fees don't count toward it.
• Free shipping is optional, and you have to select "Free Shipping" yourself at checkout. You can also pick a faster paid method instead.
• We choose the carrier and service for free shipping.
• Orders going to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Protectorates don't qualify.
• Overweight, unusually sized, or bulk items may have carrier weight surcharges at checkout.
• Custom wholesale orders don't qualify for standard site-wide free shipping.

International shipping

• We ship to many international locations. International delivery usually takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local postal carriers.
• International customers are responsible for knowing and following all local laws, import regulations, and restrictions on flavors, aroma compounds, and extracts entering their country. Your shipment may be subject to local import duties or taxes, and customs may ask for extra documents. Flavor Jungle isn't responsible for foreign customs delays, extra fees, or regulatory seizures once a shipment leaves the United States.
• We update our list of shipping destinations from time to time. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us and we'll see whether we can make arrangements. Orders to special destinations are accepted at your own risk, and you are fully responsible for customs clearance, duties, and local compliance.

Tracking

• We email you tracking details as soon as your shipping label is created. Please give the carrier some time to update its scans online.

Delayed or stuck packages

• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves us, it's in the carrier's hands. Tracking can take a little while to update, and sometimes it isn't fully accurate. For international orders, we aren't responsible for delays or holds by foreign customs authorities.
• If your package seems stuck or late, don't worry, we've got you. Just contact us and we'll take care of it. We'll check the tracking with the carrier and make it right. Customer service is what we're proud of, and we're here to help.
