Shipping & Processing

• Location: All orders ship directly from Washington State, USA.

• Order Processing: Most standard orders dispatch within 1 business day (please allow an additional 1–2 business days following major holidays). Wholesale orders are custom-prepared; lead time estimates and shipping schedules will be communicated and confirmed prior to placing your order.

• Expedited Orders: Selecting an expedited shipping method (such as FedEx Overnight) applies to carrier transit time once shipped—it does not guarantee same-day warehouse dispatch. If your order is urgent, please contact us prior to ordering.

• Carriers: We ship via USPS and FedEx. Tracking details are emailed once your label is generated; please allow time for carrier scans to update online.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Delivery Time: Most US orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery schedules depend on carrier service (standard USPS and FedEx do not deliver on Sundays or postal holidays).

• Free Shipping: Standard orders of $99.99 or more qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is optional and must be selected at checkout; you may also choose and pay for an upgraded shipping method if you prefer. We select the carrier and service for free shipping at our discretion.

• Signatures: Signatures are generally not required, though orders valued over $100 may require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

• Transit Times: International delivery typically takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal carriers.

• Customs & Compliance: International customers are responsible for knowing and complying with local import laws, duties, and taxes. We are not responsible for delays or holds caused by foreign customs authorities.

• Destinations: We ship to APO addresses and many international locations.

Address Accuracy & Re-Shipping

• Please double-check your shipping address prior to placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping postage fees (including orders that originally qualified for free shipping).
