You may choose to upgrade your shippingy method, however. Shipping rates are based on weight and location. If you receive free shipping, we will choose either UPS ground, USPS First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority mail.

Delivery times: Most orders will get delivered within 2-7 business days from the date in which it was shipped. Please refer to the shipping provider for delivery schedules on weekends.

Package tracking may not be available in your country. Although you may receive your package sooner, it is not uncommon for it to take 6 or more weeks for delivery. We do ship packages very timely, so this is solely based on distance and local factors to your country.

In the event you provided us with the wrong shipping address, and your package gets returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package. This applies to all orders, regardless if you qualified for free shipping initially. The free shipping only applies to the ORIGINAL order, and not for re-shipping due to customer input of wrong delivery address.
