Shipping & Delivery

All products are shipped from the United States of America. We are located in WASHINGTON STATE.

We ship our products via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service). Orders will ship via UPS or USPS mail service (Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or Parcel Post). Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days of order placement. If you need your item to ship sooner, please select from the following shipping options: USPS Express, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS Second Day. If your order is urgent, please DO NOT use any other shipping methods as it does require 1-3 business days of processing times. Wholesale processing times may vary and can take up to one full week to process. Please take this into consideration when placing your orders.

Orders valued over $100 may require signature upon delivery.

Shipping in the USA

Most orders totalling $70.00 or more ship free. Click here to read more about our free shipping policy. Over-weight items may have actual shipping costs charged during checkout. You may choose to upgrade your shippingy method, however. Shipping rates are based on weight and location. If you receive free shipping, we will choose either UPS ground, USPS First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority mail.

Delivery times: Most orders will get delivered within 2-7 business days from the date in which it was shipped. Please refer to the shipping provider for delivery schedules on weekends. There will be no deliveries on holidays or Sundays. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

International Shipping (outside the USA)

Delivery times may vary, depending on your local customs, weather, distance, and other factors. Please see USPS.COM or UPS.COM for estimated delivery times. Package tracking may not be available in your country. Although you may receive your package sooner, it is not uncommon for it to take 6 or more weeks for delivery. We do ship packages very timely, so this is solely based on distance and local factors to your country.

We do ship to APO addresses and many International Addresses We ship to most countries. If you do not see your country on our list, please let us know of your interest and we may add it.

Attention international customers (Customers outside of the USA): You are responsible for knowing the laws within your country before ordering products from Flavor Jungle. We are not responsible for customs issues in your country. Canadian orders may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

If you ordered during a holiday, or on a long holiday weekend (such as Labor Day), your order may take an extra two days for processing in addition to the normal processing time.

Important notice regarding tracking numbers: USPS does not always update tracking information in a timely manner. If you received a tracking number, it has been shipped. The USPS tracking system is outside of our control so please consider this before contacting us about your tracking information. If you require time sensitive tracking, please choose UPS.

In the event you provided us with the wrong shipping address, and your package gets returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package. This applies to all orders, regardless if you qualified for free shipping initially. The free shipping only applies to the ORIGINAL order, and not for re-shipping due to customer input of wrong delivery address.
